Looking down State
Street from the capital steps on Saturday morning, September 30, during
the farmers' market. Chilly but beautiful weather, The
market featured lots of great produce, sweets and breads. For
Chicagoans, that's a painted cow in the center of the walkway.
Madison did cows this year. |
